Menny Ly believes in a just food system that benefits all and has launched multiple enterprises that reduce the environmental impacts of the foods we eat and share.
Leveraging her reputation as a pragmatic “big problem solver,” she enjoys her work as an adviser and growth consultant to mission-driven, food companies focused on disruption of systems that harm, in her words, “people, product, and planet.”
She specializes in providing areas of guidance from product conception and business planning, to retail and food services sales, and go-to-market strategies that promote hiring the right people for building healthy organizational culture.
Menny launched two restaurants in the face of the 2020 global pandemic that utilized her extensive experience in operations, supply chain build-out, logistics optimization - and had fun doing it. She is excited for the next step in her culinary and business journey.
When she isn't taking care of her babies - both human and plants, she enjoys cooking and experimenting with her own dishes to bring her newest creations to the public.
